Thank you for shopping with Avanti Fitnesswear. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as final sale or clearance
Gift cards
Underwear or hygiene-related items

How to Start a Return

From there you can find your Order Number
Then Please email us at support@avantifitnesswear.com and as the subject of the email put your order number then followed by the word REFUND and then please tell us why you want to refund and then we will email you back

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest service and product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@avantifitnesswear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
